AFTER VOICE, ENADA IS THE FIRST POST COVID APPOINTMENT AT RIMINI EXPO CENTRE

Rimini, September 29 2020 - After the excellent Vicenza result of VOICE and the restart of the events at the Palacongressi in Rimini and at the ViCC in Vicenza, Italian Exhibition Group guarantees total safety for exhibitors and visitors also at Enada, the 32nd International Exhibition of Entertainment and Game, which will be held at the Rimini expo centre from September 30th to October 2nd.

The #SAFEBUSINESS protocol put in place by the company for some months is rigorous, with guidelines that include transport towards the exhibition center, the accreditation and access system, the organization of the catering areas and the management of the entire Neighborhood. Starting from the size of the wards, which guarantee respect for social distancing.

To access the Exhibition Center during set-up or dismantling, all the measures applied up to now are valid, integrated with a temperature check in access from any active gate (both for pedestrian entrances and vehicles); entry will be allowed with temperatures below 37.5 ° C.

An ad hoc health service will also be active, guaranteeing professionalism and very rapid intervention times if suspicious cases are identified; There is also a completely compartmentalized ´quarantine´ area within the district if the need arises.

It will be possible to enter the exhibition center and operate only if equipped with adequate PPE (mask regarding the biological risk deriving from Covid-19) and planning one´s own activity taking care to guarantee constant social distancing of at least 1 m during all operations.

Within the district, adequate information on prevention measures will also be provided through signs, audio and video messages and through the presence of personnel trained to monitor regular performance and promote correct behavior.

Numerous sanitizing gel distribution points are set up.
All front desk stations will be equipped with physical barriers (such as Plexiglas shielding).
In the cloakroom stations, clothes and objects are placed in special garment bags.
The entire structure is subjected to complete sanitation before the start of the event. There will also be a continuous review of the surfaces in contact with the public with certified products that guarantee cleaning and complete sanitization.

The air conditioning system is subjected to complete sanitation before the start of the fair. The system operates exclusively with total air exchange, therefore introducing only clean external air. The internal air, taken up for regular exchange, is totally expelled to the outside.

With regard to catering, the ´Skip the line´ APP is also introduced which allows you to book, pay and collect the ´lunch box´ at specific locations, setting the time slot for collection.
