Accreditation procedure

The press office can only accredit journalists. Accreditation for collaborators who are not members of the press association or for technical staff must be requested by sending a fax to +39 0541.744505. The request must be on headed notepaper and signed by the editor of the publication. Photographers and photoreporters must provide their membership number with the press association or their AIRF membership number. Photographers who are not members of any roll or association must have an accreditation request sent by the publication by which their services have been commissioned, as explained above.

  • DIRECT ACCESS

    Journalists, photographers and photoreporters can obtain access to expos organized directly by Rimini Fiera and the car parks by showing their press association card or their AIRF card at the entrance. Accreditation, valid for the entire period of the expo, and a ticket for leaving the car park will be issued in the press room.

  • PRE-ACCREDITATION

    Otherwise, journalists, photographers and photoreporters can send a pre-accreditation request via e-mail to press@riminifiera.it Complete with name, address, telephone number, publication in question, name of the journalists for whom accreditation is requested and press association or AIRF membership number.

To enable all reporters to make efficient use of the press room, journalists, cameramen and photographers are informed that only four journalists, plus three technicians and two photographers can be accredited for each publication. Thank you for your cooperation.
